“ Really had nothing but a great experience with McGrath Honda in Elgin. I was in the market for a CR-V, and worked with Ken Ugo. Ken was nice, more than helpful, and balanced. Ken was there to help out in anyway but also gave you space, made the whole experience a comfortable process. The dealership had one new 2017 CR-V left on the lot that they were willing to work on price as they had a lot of 2018's save me a decent chunk of money. Only thing I didn't like was the color black, loved the look but didn't want to own it. I liked the silver the best. Ken brought the operations manager Andrew over and we discussed it. There were plenty of new 2018's with the color I wanted but it would of cost about about 2k more. Andrew and Ken went out and found a 2017 Demo which a few thousand miles on it and the color I wanted. It ended up saving me more money. If you're out looking for a Honda, highly recommend going to see Ken and Andrew. ”
